Methodology

Our beans are picked, milled, dried, and roasted by a single man.
A man who is so passionate about coffee, that he has made it his form of art. 

    Drying: cherries are placed in a dehydrator with the pulp on for 2 of our most rare roasts, or dried on screens outside under the Maui sunshine.

    Handpicked: one cherry at a time, by one man who has a keenly trained eye for picking due to his experience.

      Intuitive Process: producer only roasts what he handpicks himself using knowledge evolved during decades of experience.

    Limited quantity: less than 50 pounds produced monthly.

    Micro-roasted: beans are roasted by hand, in 1 pound batches.
